Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using vLunar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

vLunar offers optional subscription plans to unlock advanced customization, multi-display support, and photo countdown widgets:

• Subscription durations: 3 months and 1 year auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Billing & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Management: You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Subscriptions.

3. License Grant

Khoa Luu grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use vLunar strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices that you own or control.

4. Limitation of Liability

vLunar is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khoa Luu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Apple Standard EULA

For iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS users, vLunar is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
