Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using vLunar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Subscriptions & Pro Unlock

vLunar allows unlocking Pro features (including home screen and lock screen widget customization, weather beside the solar term on the solar term card and medium widget, unlimited countdown widgets with journal hashtag photos, customizable month grid, Apple Watch app and complications, Face ID journal lock, and ad-free experience) through an auto-renewable In-App Purchase subscription or an activation key:

• Auto-renewable subscription durations: 3 months and 1 year.
• Free trial (where applicable): The yearly plan includes 1 month free for eligible new subscribers. After the trial period, the yearly price is charged and the plan renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Billing & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes) account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: Current subscriptions may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Subscriptions after purchase.

3. License

Khoa Luu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use vLunar for personal and non-commercial purposes on compatible iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and Android devices that you own or control.

4. Restrictions

You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or redistribute the application or any part of its services without prior written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application or associated services if you violate these Terms of Use.

6. Limitation of Liability

vLunar is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khoa Luu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

7. Apple Standard EULA

For iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS users, vLunar is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

8. Changes to Terms & Contact
