Privacy Policy

Your privacy is fundamentally important to us. Khoa Luu builds vLunar with a strict privacy-first architecture and does not collect, store, or sell any personal user data.

1. Information Handled by the App

On-Device Calendar & Journal Data: Personal events, custom calendars, journal notes, photos, and #hashtags remain strictly on your local device. We never upload your personal entries to any external server.
Biometric Security (Face ID / Passcode): Lock and unlock mechanisms for private journal entries are executed directly by your device operating system (iOS / Android). vLunar never accesses your biometric data.
Location Services (Optional): When granted, location coordinates are utilized strictly on-device to compute solar positions (zodiac hours) and local meteorological data. Coordinates are anonymized and never linked to your identity.
Payments & Subscriptions: All transactions are securely processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process or store credit card information.

2. Children's Privacy

vLunar complies with COPPA and GDPR-K standards and does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13.
